VCTR, based in Cleveland, Ohio, is an investment management firm. Annual revenues: $413 million. VCR's stock moves higher Tuesday and breaks out from its 9-week flat base.
The move carries the stock to a new all-time high. It came public in 2018.
So far today, VCTR is trading 208,592 shares, more than double its average daily volume of 89,000 shares.
TTD recently featured VCTR as a stock to accumulation in anticipation of a breakout.
VCTR's stock moved higher in the morning and cleared its breakpoint line.
The stock reached an intraday high of $23.09 in the morning. It gave a little ground in the afternoon.

One can see the price for the blocks climbing from $21.65 in the prior session to as high as $22.92 by about noon.
A key bullish trade came in the morning when a block of 9,500 shares crossed the tape at $22.47.

VCTR has an operating platform that provides centralized distribution, marketing and operations infrastructure to its franchises.
Its solutions platform consists of multi-Franchise and customized solutions strategies that are primarily rules-based.
It offers its solutions platform through a variety of vehicles, including separate accounts, mutual funds and VictoryShares, which is its exchange-traded funds brand.
Its franchises include Expedition Investment Partners, INCORE Capital Management, Integrity Asset Management, Sophus Capital, Sycamore Capital, Trivalent Investments, Park Avenue, SailingStone and KPB Investment Advisors.

Profits for the first quarter should leap 174% to 96 cents a share from the 35 cents the prior year.

The drop was triggered by a report of a large loss.

So far today, PYX is trading a heavy 2.1 million shares, five times its average daily volume of 381,000 shares.
PYX's stock fell in the morning and undercut support.
The stock dropped to an intraday low of $4.80. It lifted in the late morning but then faded.

The North America segment includes Wilson, N.C., Farmville, N.C. and Danville, VA. It operates in Venancio Aires, Brazil; Ararangua, Brazil, and El Carril, Argentina.. It also operates in Lilongwe, Malawi; Morogoro, Tanzania, and Harare, Zimbabwe in Africa.
It deals primarily in flue-cured, burley and oriental tobaccos that are used in international brand cigarettes.
Earnings:
Analysts have no earnings projects. However, the company's large loss of $2.40 a share versus a loss of 56 cents the prior year would indicate a probable loss for the year.

PYX's daily chart shows the stock falling and cutting below support. It has resumed its down trend with a pick up in volume. That is bearish.
PYX's 12-month performance chart shows the stock down 65% versus a 24% gain for the stock market.
